Frequently USAD will send updates of material that is provided to you to better prepare your students for the competition. You can find most of those updates and corrections posted here.
In order to keep the competition balanced each school is required to submit 3 speech, 3 interview and 3 essay readers per teams. These volunteers insure that the competition runs smoothly and is a great success. If your school has more than one team, you will need to submit the additional amount of volunteers or judges. Judges and Volunteers are as important and the time and preparation that you take in training your students for the competition. If your school fails to supply the required number of volunteers, a monetary fee will be imposed.

this statement on the USAD website so all coaches and students can be made aware
of this policy for the 2011-12 science tests.
